Pros
- Nice looking office with good amenities like gym, games room and affordable lunch. - Hybrid working model with no fixed days of coming in to work.
Cons
- Work Life Balance is a myth - There are employees who work on weekends and a 10-12 hour work day is expected even though the contracted hours are 7-8 per day. - Management is rude and provides little to no support to employees. Managers yelling at their subordinates is a common sight. - Most employees in finance are overworked and have little to no patience. - A terrible place and a nightmare for a career starter/person who is in the early stages of their career. - No access to office via public transport. Taxis are pricey in Banbury.
