      if you love libraries you will love the products this company specializes in;

      Cons

      it was very patriarchal until very recently; no women in C-suite jobs until 2015 I believe.

      Pros

      History of strong culture; competitive benefits, decent PTO

      Cons

      Clear lack of planning and direction. Unrealistic expectations based on top-down greed. Sales strategy is a constantly changing overreaction to past failures instead of a strong vision based in reality and confidence in playbook. No input from individual contributors requested, just changes mandated with a take it or leave it attitude.
