      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance. Kind and enthusiastic coworkers. Gives back to community. Committees build company culture and camaraderie. Feel good about what kind of work I am doing (supplying libraries and schools with beneficial resources).

      Cons

      Lacking in racial diversity. Work can be monotonous at times (minor and expected).

      History of strong culture; competitive benefits, decent PTO

      Cons

      Clear lack of planning and direction. Unrealistic expectations based on top-down greed. Sales strategy is a constantly changing overreaction to past failures instead of a strong vision based in reality and confidence in playbook. No input from individual contributors requested, just changes mandated with a take it or leave it attitude.
