      great working culture, good people to work with, pay isn't bad for starting out

      not always open to new ideas, if you turn down something even though it's an option that can come back to bite you in a performance evaluation

      History of strong culture; competitive benefits, decent PTO

      Cons

      Clear lack of planning and direction. Unrealistic expectations based on top-down greed. Sales strategy is a constantly changing overreaction to past failures instead of a strong vision based in reality and confidence in playbook. No input from individual contributors requested, just changes mandated with a take it or leave it attitude.
