They strive to create innovative products for the library and school markets and are doing a great job. The people are friendly and new ideas are welcome. History of strong culture; competitive benefits, decent PTO

Cons

Clear lack of planning and direction. Unrealistic expectations based on top-down greed. Sales strategy is a constantly changing overreaction to past failures instead of a strong vision based in reality and confidence in playbook. No input from individual contributors requested, just changes mandated with a take it or leave it attitude.
