Genuine People - High School Teacher Democracy Prep Public Schools Employee Review

I'm a new teacher with Democracy Prep. I started over the summer working at one of our high schools in Harlem. When I fist arrived, I didn't honestly know what to expect. I've worked at a few other charter schools so I wasn't expecting anything much different; however since I've been here, everyone seems to be very supportive from my principal to my fellow teachers. For me, the commitment level of the staff and maturity of the students are refreshing and it keeps me energized and reaffirms that I made the right decision in joining this network.
