Pros
They have a ton of professional development opportunities. Students have the opportunity to study abroad. They attempt at building solidarity among staff between all of their campuses. They give out teacher appreciation gifts like sneakers, shirts, etc...which is thoughtful but I found it just another way for staff to advertise the school. They equip all teachers with cell phones and laptops.
Cons
They mostly higher fresh out of college, young, staff. They quickly burn them out of whatever energy they have for 2 years and start the hiring process all over again. If you have a family and kids, this is not the place for you. 10-hr days, maternity leave starts off at 3 weeks (which I think is appalling) and mandatory Saturday hours. In my opinion, I believe they overuse the deduction system they have in place to keep kids in line. Kids who already pose challenges don't take it seriously anyway.
