Pros

Lexington is a nice city

Cons

- "Board of Directors" are not an elected board but rather the "VPs" - CEO was heard commenting on people bodies and weight - Safety is not a value, PPE worn at site is far less than what they advertise on their site boards - They will expect staff to travel 75+ miles daily with no compensation - They do not want to improve or stay within company standards, the bare minimum to remain board line compliant - They only hire local because it is the cheapest option - The VPs bad mouth employees, made fun of people weight and medical conditions - Safety will be the fall guy for incidents

Paid OT 1.5x Paid maternity/paternity leave Bonus end of year Very little micromanagement by design heads

Cons

Going through a lot of turnover in the design department, few senior levels remain Insurance not so great Project managers tend to be needy and don't care about anything but dollars Hard to keep up with the changing policies and standards Lower benefits than competitors, although salaries have been bumped recently to compete
