The Best company I have ever worked. I worked for about 4 years and I never had any compliant. The management is very professional and helped me when ever I reached out to them. They never delay any process and maintain all the documents correctly. The Marketing team is always trying to get the best for their employees.. Specially when it comes to financial they are very transparent. I referred few people and they never had any issues. They have automate their benefits program which I loved. I have known many mid size and small companies who don't have even when they have grown big. They have good relationships, integrity and performance. Before coming to denken i was with few other consultancies but ended with bad experiences. I was offered full time with my client(*****) when i informed denken they had no issues in-fact they encouraged me to take the offer which I wasn’t expecting. I am not just saying all this because i was part of denken truth is they are very quick in everything and they make sure you learn stuff and they also try to build your confidence by arranging some presentations. Their level of professionalism is higher and their organization dynamic better than most MNCs operating in the IT space. Raj is an exceptional manager to work under. I appreciate denken for all the help you have done for me. I would recommend people to join denken and hope you all have a wonderful experience like i had.
