1yOur job ad and during the interview process it was made crystal clear that this position is 100% onsite. As a manager where reporting team members come to office, we lead by example and insist them to work from office. All our employees out of Mexico, many of our sales team members in USA, Philippines and some associates in India who owns their work have been working remotely. Considering the time zone differences and better working conditions many of our positions from India are work from office.
As per your comment on female employees, we have a standard 40-hour work week, and it is very rare that anyone works weekends or more than these hours.
If someone doesn't take ownership, lies from day one about every aspect of their work, doesn't even bother to do basic testing, delivers terrible work, and blames others for their failures, we have to get into the details and ensure they are made accountable. If you call this micromanagement, yes, we do it.
