Pros

I was a sales manager when Menholt bought the store. Treated me like one of their own from the begining. Very employee friendly. Have seen them go above and beyond countless times for there employees.

Cons

Not many cons. The automotive industry can be challenging and demanding but most worthwhile careers are.
