I was a sales manager when Menholt bought the store. Treated me like one of their own from the begining. Very employee friendly. Have seen them go above and beyond countless times for there employees.

Not many cons. The automotive industry can be challenging and demanding but most worthwhile careers are.

Very focused on employees professional and personal growth as well as the customer experience. Denny believes that happy employees translates to happy customers.

Can be stressful at times but every industry has it's level of stress. The key is to stay focused on the goal and maintain a positive attitude.
