Pros
It's a good product that works - customers are happy. Benefits are pretty standard for the industry.
Cons
Leadership. Old school view on how businesses should be run. The company certainly does not value employee work/life balance nor health/safety in regards to covid. There were multiple emails and pushes for people to be back in the office before a vaccine even existed. Only after multiple people left the company did they implement a 1-day WFH structure (also, keep in mind this is during the pandemic when people were still not comfortable being in offices). When you have a department with the highest turnover rate in the entire company, yet the two people at the top remain, you have to recognize that this is not a coincidence. Major micromanagement that comes from the c-suite and trickles down. This does not make for an enjoyable work environment. Leadership only cares about bottom numbers but spends no time on actual analysis of how they got to those numbers, nor do they offer any valuable feedback or ideas on how to fix them. Lack of creativity. Extremely process oriented- you cannot stray from these processes. New ideas are not welcomed...leadership will not take any risks or make any changes even though the system is clearly broken. No room for growth or room to learn anything new.
