Pros
Not many that I can think of offhand. I was bright eyed and optimistic when I joined. Like everyone, within months of realizing how inept the leadership and executive team is I was looking for a way out. I made a 5 star review when I was first hired and am regretting it to this days.
Cons
If I can prevent one person from wasting their career with this company I have done my job. Horrible leadership and foundation. They have no training, policies are 4-5 years old so you can’t refer to them. Turnover is massive. They’ll overwork you and say you’re not working hard enough. It’s such a toxic environment. Avoid at all costs!
