Pros

Company offers flexible WFH scheduling, solid 401k matching, access to fantastic supervisors, and assistance with continuing education.

Cons

Pay structure is complicated and can vary drastically based on patient no shows. Former insurance was terrible, and the replacement isn't much better. PTO is limited. They keep spending money on "Benefits" that offer little value to employees rather than directly addressing pay. Morale has been at an all time low and communication between leadership and employees has been improving but is still far below acceptable. Changes keep happening, and it is difficult to adjust.

Pros

WFH is always a plus

Cons

Provide very little support for new hires and don’t really seem like they have any form of a plan when it comes to training.
