Pros

Amazing direct supervisors, supervision is included, and some amazing coworkers.

Cons

Corporate greed, they try to do everything they can to make sure we make the least amount of money possible. They keep moving hurdles and expecting us to be okay with it. They do not actually listen to employee feedback, even though they constantly send out emails with surveys that don't end up meaning anything. I shouldn't have to be working twice as hard just to be making half the money that I was before. They also completely restricted the teams for absolutely no reason.

WFH is always a plus

Cons

Provide very little support for new hires and don’t really seem like they have any form of a plan when it comes to training.
