Easy to get a job and the people are nice and interesting people. The work itself is meaningful and impactful on the community. Its just the pay, work load, and upper management that make it rough.

Cons

Wildly fast turnover, intense burnout, and a complete lack of knowledge by almost all the staff myself included.
