Well-located, met with great personalities, quick professional growth, perfect on a resume
Cons
Local management was terrible...terrible. You don't need to have a college degree to know that any given lawyer cannot become a managing partner overnight without having a professional or educational background that actually taught him/her how to manage people! Failing to keep young lawyers, low salaries for unlimited worked hours, very hierarchical, not many social events ... and the list goes on...
