Pros
Work/life balance if fine in my sector, there is a hybrid work schedule at the moment which is nice. My starting salary is quite nice.
Cons
Training needs to be improved on, it feels like AI and they need to implement better training procedures to ensure success at the firm long term. The firm is also quite boring. No social events for admin staff & no bonuses that I know of.
