Pros
Friendly colleagues, manageable workload, mid-year and end of year firm wide socials, other regular social events like morning teas, Friday fives drinks, I never feel micromanaged, trusted to get on with the job, good work/ life balance as a secretary. Most secretaries WFH at least one day a week.
Cons
Month end can be stressful although to be expected when processing bills. The training to start with is a bit messy, could be improved to be more structured and organised.
