Some of the kindest people you could ever hope to work with. People are genuinely kind and genuinely want to do good work. Also, everyone is incredibly smart; they'll help you raise your game
Cons
1. Organization skills of zero. They're about to go through their second re-org in less than two years. That should tell you how well the last one worked. 2. As transparent as mud, We found out they fired the global CEO in the trades. 3. Totally disconnected from the employees. The only people who see one dentsu are in the ivory tower and don't care what's happening on the ground. 4. They claimed DEI was important, and it was to them, for about 90 seconds. 5. They address calls for pay equity and transparency, but ignoring our questions and obfuscating. Or telling you inflation isn't their problem. 6. Money is first. Clients are first. They don't care how morally corrupt the clients are. They don't care how toxic the accounts are. They just want to get paid.
