harder you work equates to larger pay goals are set and prizes are given like free cruises

Cons

hard time keeping staff dont get compensated for warehouse/ loading out products when they cant keep warehouse staffed Management doesn't always practice what they preach Long days no weekends off commission with no base so no steady income

Thank you for providing your review as we greatly value the feedback. I do have a few points that to disagree with you on. First, we have focused specifically this year on listening to our retail teams and what they need for the best work environment. From this, we have reduced to store hours to allow for more family time, increased allowable warehouse staff pay, and are finalizing automated reporting for less paperwork. In addition, we have instituted available quarterly weekends off for management. In response to a lack of steady income, I would disagree. Our average sales staff member makes over $40,000 in annual commission and we pay weekly. With that kind of pay structure for entry level employees, I would expect budgeting to very simple for most people.
