Pros
Great sales atmosphere, has a family feel to it. Very positive environment if this is your first sales job, nothing too pushy, plus they give you all the tools and training you need to succeed. You are in control of how productive your day will be based on how you treat the opportunities that you're given.
Cons
I can't really say anything too negative about DM. They do a great job of taking care of their employees. One thing to consider is that if you plan to move up the ladder, you have to be willing to relocate. Which, for the most part means out-of-state.
