Absolutely flabbergasted..... - Assistant Manager In Training Denver Mattress Employee Review

Long hours are ridiculous. It was common for 5 of us to sit around for 2-3 hours waiting for a customer. The 'boys' would play frisbee in the show room or games on their phone. The manager included. No one in the store new the right answers when I was being trained and yet it was my fault for not knowing the right answer. Hmm?? The culture of the company is a joke.
