Pros

Good pay if you can perform with many bonus opportunities (commissions + bonus) Decent health benefits Great vacation structure and training retreats every year Very friendly and mostly relaxed work environment Small teams in most stores Minimal micro-managing

Cons

Time and money management is key. LOTS of downtime 1/3 of yearly income based around holidays which means no holiday time off and working every weekend all weekend Difficult to maintain a good family/work balance 45 hour week minimum up to 70+ at times in a management position Can be difficult to move up/promote (often requires moving states away) All pay is commission

I appreciate your review and wish you the best of luck in your future. 90% of work weeks are 45 hours for all positions, including management, with the 10% occurring when others management members are on vacation or at trainings, which can be limited even further with proper hiring and training at your store so others may cover some of the management shifts. Your income statement is inaccurate, but yes income is larger around busier seasons, but with great income available year round.
