Pros

I enjoyed my co-workers. They were very pleasant, fun, and outgoing. You get paid to travel and get promoted.

Cons

Your interview will be ridiculously long. Mine was 3 1/2 hours. Then upon being hired you will sit around all day for 10+ hours, waiting, hoping a customer comes in. Then when a customer comes in it might not be your up, or you may even be interacting with a secret shopper. Secret shoppers waste your time, unless you get 100% on everything....then they will pay you a gift card of $200 in about a month, which is nice ( if you get 100 on both parts). Then, on your days off you have to shop other mattress stores, otherwise you are not allowed to sell until you do (even though your managers don't do them). If you don't make sales in your week you get paid minimum wage. I say it is worth it if you are in a busy location, otherwise don't waste your time. You don't get to choose where you go, my manager promised I would be going to my home town, when the offer arrived it was far from where I wanted to be. If you don't take the offer they will not consider you for a management position.
