Pros

Easy pay got to sit around and learn some mantras for 25 an hour.

Cons

If you don't fit in with the sales staff the management will belittle your interest if it does not correspond to theirs. Will try to impart unnecessary life knowledge and claims to be professional. Was told I was weird for having an exclamation mark in my password and that I need to work smarter, not harder. Asked a question about a gift buyback, and was told not to be worried about the whys, which I believe is counter-productive to make a profit for a company and does not promote growth. These are just a few of my complaints.
