3yThank you for taking the time to leave a review about your time at Denver Mattress. I’m glad you had some positive experiences during your time here but I would like to address the concerns you listed.
I understand you were there during the transition in management and, any time there is a transition, there will be adjustments.
In regards to our insurance, we feel what we offer is very competitive in terms of pricing and coverage. We have a deductible which must be met each year but once met, you have 100% coverage. Most other plans still have a percentage out of pocket after the deductible. There are many employees who have undergone extensive medical procedures and only had to pay the deductible.
Our staffing in each store is determined so our salespeople are able to make a very good living but also, so our customers get the attention necessary to find the right sleep system. If you would like to discuss this further, please call me at (303) 566-8173.
