I’m glad you are happy with the training, scheduling, and your coworkers! We try hard to create a great environment for our employees. To address your concern, our salespeople from time to time will need to do some work in the warehouse whether that is to help unload trucks, load out product to our customers, and pull deliveries. We work as a team to get done what needs to be done. Also, once someone is promoted into management, they will need to have a working knowledge of how to manage the warehouse and the best way to learn is to be a part of it. This aspect of the position is covered in our application, as well as during the interview process.
