To your points about the scheduling, we are a retail organization, and our busiest times are weekends and holidays which mean we need more people staffing our stores during those times in order to properly help our customers. The busier days also mean you have the opportunity to earn more commission during these times. We do have a few long days but we typically stick around the 40 hour mark on normal weeks.
