Thank you for taking your time to leave a review about your experience working at Denver Mattress. We are a retail organization which does require working retail hours. The way we structure our schedules our employees typically get 2 ½ days off each week which limits the schedule to around 42 hours. Weekends and most holidays are required workdays and that is because those are our busiest days, and we need coverage on the floor to properly assist our customers. Busier days mean more opportunity for more commission for our salespeople. We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas so our employees can be with their families. A retail schedule is not for everyone but, if it fits into your life, we offer a great income and opportunity to promote.
