I would like to address the cons you listed, and I would be happy to discuss these further with you if you’d like. First, our commission structure is what gives you full control of your pay and we do pay a higher than the industry average commission rate. Next, we do require employees to shop our competitors in each market to help understand the market they are working in. This will help you be more successful when selling against them. Finally, we do work retail hours, but our schedule has a couple of long days and a couple short days with roughly 42 hours being the norm.
