Pretends to be family oriented but are definitely not - Sales Manager Denver Mattress Employee Review

Terrible 11 houre days with no set break time off is a pain to earn and I worked constantly on my days off bc they are terrible at hiring people. claim to take complaints serious but when they do you are likely to be the one who gets punished. Befor anybody says I'm bitter you are right I sacrifice my personal relationship for a company I genuinely believed in but when I came forward with complaints the told me I was quiting else and didn't investigate any further. Now did I do as good as I hoped there no I did struggle but when I reached out for help I was shot down and when I tried to go to people hire up I was ignored. I will be the first to say I could have done better but they were the one who left me out to dry. They also claim to have open door policy to file complaints with out retaliation and with in about 4 working hours of me filing the complaints that when back well over 8 months. I was told I was a lier and told to quit. They didn't do any investigate at all and the no retaliation was apparently all talk. So I genuinely don't believe you should work here it is a terrible exploiting company.
