This is a workplace where you can make a difference. Plenty of opportunities to contribute towards the non-profit mission itself or make everyday work better for your self or coworkers. People here are super-smart, care about what they do and are eager to teach you what they know. I've been challenged since day 1 to grow professionally - never a boring day! Management pays attention to employee engagement surveys and takes action to address things that are common concerns. This is not your typical slow-moving utility. It is an exciting time to work here with many large and impactful initiatives going on at the same time.

There are low scores on here from others, but keep in mind that organizational changes over the last few years are moving things in the right direction and change is not always welcomed by all.
