Pros

The benefits are great, and the work pace is VERY relaxed. Clinic on campus as well as a small gym.

Cons

When working at a company that values seniority and family connections, it is difficult to be intelligent or ambitious. So many employees have the same last name, it is embarrassing to the hiring process in my opinion.

Really great mission. Not as cutthroat as other companies I’ve worked for. Cares about employees and structure of organization makes it a government org that doesn’t suck money for endless projects.

Cons

Pay for entry level employees feels low.
