      Great benefits to this company Stability

      Cons

      Low pay scale. They will try to sell you on a pension plan at the cost of salary and it is forced. No fully remote options. Very little room to advance unless someone retires.

      As a temporal intern, it was difficult to get to the office if you do not have a car.

      Pros

      Really great mission. Not as cutthroat as other companies I’ve worked for. Cares about employees and structure of organization makes it a government org that doesn’t suck money for endless projects.

      Cons

      Pay for entry level employees feels low.
