Great onboarding process by staff that care about the new staff understanding the organization. Benefits and facilities are fantastic for admin staff on the main campus.

Cons

The Emergency Management program is undergoing chaotic change. The same position has been posted three times only adding responsibilities with no additional pay.

Really great mission. Not as cutthroat as other companies I’ve worked for. Cares about employees and structure of organization makes it a government org that doesn’t suck money for endless projects.

Cons

Pay for entry level employees feels low.
