Benefits, Work-Life Balance, Quality of Work, Flexibility, Co-Workers, Building, Opportunities. Personally couldn't have asked for a better work place.

Cons

I had co-workers in different departments that struggled with supervisors having bad attitudes that severely impacted work satisfaction. There seems to be little people "lower" down can do if they are unlucky with bad bosses.

Really great mission. Not as cutthroat as other companies I’ve worked for. Cares about employees and structure of organization makes it a government org that doesn’t suck money for endless projects.

Cons

Pay for entry level employees feels low.
