Great leadership, plenty of training opportunities, tuition assistance, and amazing time off.

Cons

Pay could be better, I’m pretty sure they do market analysis from a cheaper state. It’s not bad, but it’s not comparable to other water companies in the area.

Really great mission. Not as cutthroat as other companies I’ve worked for. Cares about employees and structure of organization makes it a government org that doesn’t suck money for endless projects.

Cons

Pay for entry level employees feels low.
