Pros

You get your paycheck on time.

Cons

Between the depressing, dreary office with old gray cubicles from another company and rampant favoritism, the work environment is terrible, full circle. Nothing is an issue until a custom escalates something to the CEO, and then the blame game starts. It is not, however, ever on the team who implemented the project to prove what they did was correct and to the customer standard. It all comes down on everyone else. There are also no processes in place so an immense amount of time is just wasted.

Great colleagues and fun atmosphere. Team is willing to learn and adapt and hear your ideas.

CEO is weird. Sometimes motivating but often times his message comes off poorly

Pros

- Flexable work hours. Basically just get your work done and you are good to work whereever and whenever - Exposure to client facing work

Cons

- Overall, I find the culture to be hipocritical - Be prepared to be openly ridiculed if you don't understand something that is obvious and easy to one of the many pompous Georgia Tech grads - Leadership sunshine pumps and doesn't really address operational challenges in the company - You have to work 50-60 hours a week to actually get all of your work done and log all the billable hours you need to meet target
