Pros
You get your own freedom to take on ownership of various projects. There are monthly company events. They are trying to create a fun culture.
Cons
For the individual employee there is no expectations or feedback communicated to you so you have no idea how your performance is until it is too late and you get no raise for this. This is very bad transparency and management needs more understanding in the importance of giving employee feedback. Instead of improving themselves, they will shame and blame you for it. The type of work you are working on will be stagnant and nothing will really change about it thus leading to no room for professional growth, and management does not care about that because they only care about themselves. I would not recommend this for people starting early in their careers. You must come in with a business mindset no matter what role you are because you will be interacting with a lot of clients and need a large understanding of the business side of supply chain software. Speaking of clients, this company is very stingy and has no true direction for future growth. They depend a lot on billing these clients by hour for their revenue growth and will call out employees who don't reach an unknown amount of billable hours per month. Their product and platform has many flaws which affect the customers using it.
