Pros

They have good medical insurance and a nice office space.

Cons

Extremely immature executive staff, there is no mutual respect among them and they try to operate a business like frat. No feedback, no career growth only politics and peer pressure. Only way you move up is learn something and not tell others so everybody has to be depend on you. Absolutely no constructive feedback.

Great colleagues and fun atmosphere. Team is willing to learn and adapt and hear your ideas.

CEO is weird. Sometimes motivating but often times his message comes off poorly

Pros

- Flexable work hours. Basically just get your work done and you are good to work whereever and whenever - Exposure to client facing work

Cons

- Overall, I find the culture to be hipocritical - Be prepared to be openly ridiculed if you don't understand something that is obvious and easy to one of the many pompous Georgia Tech grads - Leadership sunshine pumps and doesn't really address operational challenges in the company - You have to work 50-60 hours a week to actually get all of your work done and log all the billable hours you need to meet target
