Pros

Colleagues are brilliant and you're working on literally saving the world

Cons

Institute management incredibly resistant to change. Literally decades behind on best management practices. And HR actively fought against employee development, promotions, and raises because they would rather have poor morale and high turnover than pay anyone more than the minimum they could get away with.

Pros

I really enjoy working here, the environment is more relaxed and people are friendly. Good if you're a student interested in science as you go in for your own hours

Cons

You will need a car to commute as it's off campus
