Pros

Free product, fun celebration for any and all holidays, potlucks, hour lunch, creative environment, close to restaurants, near southcenter mall.

Cons

I cannot list enough cons of this company but here’s what I can: •Terrible communication between management & employees •Inconsistent training •No prioritization expectations presented, but then you are in trouble when things aren’t prioritized correctly •HIGH turnover •Disorganization and inconsistency due to no HR department •Inexperienced management: advancement happens without proper experience •40 hour per week expectation for lower levels, when upper management comes in late & leaves early daily. •inconsistent answers: one day they’ll give you an expectation, the next day, you’re doing it wrong. •They try to switch your department to get rid of you without paying unemployment (in hopes that you’ll quit) •They nitpick everything they can within your annual review, to break you down & make reason why you do not deserve a pay raise •Company is sinking due to outdated software & inconsistent roles •Archaic systems & processes with no expectation to update

Cons

• High expectations paired with very low compensation • No 401k until after your first full year of employment • Constant budget cuts • Lack of professionalism across leadership • Rampant favoritism • Lack of consistency — expectations and priorities change regularly without clear communication • Little to no support from management • Required to be in the office four days a week • Poor office hygiene — bathrooms often dirty and poorly maintained One of the biggest issues during my time here was management behavior. I worked under a manager who was openly rude and condescending, made inappropriate jokes, and gossiped negatively about both coworkers and people outside of work. She once made an offhand, offensive comment about an IT team member being on the spectrum. Despite claiming she wanted the office to feel “inclusive and fun,” her behavior routinely made people uncomfortable — something she even admitted to jokingly. Unfortunately, there’s no formal HR department to escalate concerns to, so accountability is essentially nonexistent.
