Pros

It is a good first job to get your foot in the door but don't expect much growth/progress unless someone leaves. It is located in the heart of tukwila and there are some great employees, managers not so much. HR is sort of nonexistent as well but it is a very small company. The company expands business fast but not really organized.

Cons

Benefits are not that great &expensive, schedules are not flexible, not open to change. The owner has no idea what everyone does within the company. Upstairs & downstairs is like 2 different environments. Breakroom lacks essential supplies. Lack of culture

Cons

• High expectations paired with very low compensation • No 401k until after your first full year of employment • Constant budget cuts • Lack of professionalism across leadership • Rampant favoritism • Lack of consistency — expectations and priorities change regularly without clear communication • Little to no support from management • Required to be in the office four days a week • Poor office hygiene — bathrooms often dirty and poorly maintained One of the biggest issues during my time here was management behavior. I worked under a manager who was openly rude and condescending, made inappropriate jokes, and gossiped negatively about both coworkers and people outside of work. She once made an offhand, offensive comment about an IT team member being on the spectrum. Despite claiming she wanted the office to feel “inclusive and fun,” her behavior routinely made people uncomfortable — something she even admitted to jokingly. Unfortunately, there’s no formal HR department to escalate concerns to, so accountability is essentially nonexistent.
