Per the contract they have to follow rules but that's normal in any job.

The HR staff is personable, empathetic, and receptive to any concern or question, which is something that I find lacking in the rest of the federal government contracting world. They really care about their employees. D2D also has an excellent 401K/benefits package.

Unfortunately, they grew too large and no longer qualified for the government contract I was employed under and were forced to terminate the contract. The partner company on the contract assumed the interim bridge and the subsequent contract... the two are night and day when it comes to employee communication and response times.
