Cons

Good ol boys system, favoritism, sexual harassment, poor percentages, tough schedule/split shifts

Amazing health benefits once employed for 3 months

Cons

Hours are not great, management is not always on the same page. Toxic work culture in certain teams. Working with entitled members is difficult.
