Emphasis on safety with gated steel turnstiles metal detectors at entry ways and patrol cars in a gated parking lot to assure safety 24 hours a day.
Cons
Many of the salaried positions are working remote on Fridays and those that show up only work partial days on Friday. Creates a poor company image and difficulty to maintain work consistency. Some team members working reduced hours less than 30 hours a week,
