Associate in IB Operations - Associate Deutsche Bank Employee Review

Great if you're in the front office, terrible for the rest of the firm. Technology was terrible. Everything outsourced. The employees in India had no idea what they were doing and we spent half the time cleaning up messes they created with big clients due to communication problems,etc. I worked 60 + hours a week. I was promoted and took a pay cut to $53,000 annually since I was no longer eligible for overtime. I asked for a $2,000 raise and was told no, but they'd give me a corporate phone (which made no sense). Left the firm shortly thereafter.
