Good for those who are looking to work in Customer Service.Almost Flat organization structure.Good HR management.
Cons
As a Sales manager it's a very tough profile,one needs to have very strong contacts to work under this profile,a lot of travelling is involved.Its like you are always working outside from your office.There is a big problem of infrastructure in the office ,no space to work.
